Baking Cupcakes

So, a lot of people who have experienced the taste of a cupcake, at least a good one, knows that they are good. No, they are excellent, if baked well. I know that I happen to love cupcakes, and I really took an interest in baking them in February 2007. Since then, I have baked cupcakes for all sorts of occasions, and just for the fun of it. Baking cupcakes has really become my passion. I’m trying to set a date to bake cupcakes for Halloween, and I just can’t decide. I want to bake a couple batches either on the 29th or 30th of October, but definitely not on the 31st. When started, I brought them to school to share with my friends. I do most of my experimenting with decorating cupcakes at home. I use different colored frosting and sprinkles sometimes, to make the cupcakes even better. I have made chocolate cupcakes, vanilla cupcakes, and devil’s food cupcakes along with chocolate and vanilla frosting. I know there is lemon and strawberry frosting, and cake mix, but I haven’t tried those flavors yet. I don’t make my cupcakes from scratch, because I don’t have the supplies, and it is easier if I don’t make them from scratch. I would very much like to make cupcakes from scratch one day, along with having a bakery for other baked goods.
